CREDIT SPOTTING: The LAVERNE AND SHIRLEY opening credits
began showing their last names as well, which doesn't exactly roll off
the tongue. But this was probably to establish the character's full
names since they'd only appeared on HAPPY DAYS. This only occurred
during the first season.
