In the Martin Scorsese mob classic GOODFELLAS, Morrie, the ball bustin' wig salesman played by Chuck Low, is threatened by Robert DeNiro, who, years earlier, played wannabe standup comic Rupert Pupkin in Scorsese's THE KING OF COMEDY where, during a restaurant dinner scene, Chuck Low sits in a booth and imitates Rupert's physical movements. 

Also in THE KING OF COMEDY, Margo Winkler, who played Morrie's wife in GOODFELLAS, appears as Jerry Lewis's receptionist. And in an exterior scene, we can spot a marquee for the Richard Pryor comedy BUSTIN' LOOSE behind DeNiro.
